QA / Automation Test Engineer – Talent Pool

My Engineer is building reliable, high-quality software products where testing and quality engineering are core to our delivery process. We are expanding our QA / Automation Test Engineer talent pool to collaborate with skilled testers for current and upcoming projects. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy improving software quality through automation, functional testing, and continuous improvement practices. ⚠️ This position is part of our ongoing talent pool initiative. • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
• Identify, log, and track defects with clear documentation
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve quality
• Execute test cases and analyze test results
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting
• Ensure test coverage across UI and APIs

• 1–4 years of experience in software testing or QA
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar
• Knowledge of functional and regression testing
• Understanding of test case design and defect lifecycle
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman / RestAssured / SoapUI)
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git
• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber)
• Knowledge of JavaScript or Java for test automation
• Exposure to performance or security testing
• Experience testing web applications
