Backend Developer (Node.js / Express / MongoDB) – Talent Pool

My Engineer is building scalable, production-ready web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. We are expanding our Backend Developer Talent Pool to connect with experienced engineers for current and upcoming projects. This role focuses on building secure APIs, scalable backend services, and efficient database architectures using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. ⚠️ This position is part of our ongoing talent pool initiative. • Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express
• Build and maintain scalable backend services
• Work with MongoDB for efficient data modeling and queries
• Integrate backend services with frontend applications
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Optimize performance and ensure high availability
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams

• 2–4 years of experience in backend development
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
• Experience building REST APIs
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture
• Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows
